JIPMER 2014 MBBS Entrance Exam is the entrance exam conducted by JIPMER to screen candidates for admissions to the MBBS courses at the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry (JIPMER). The JIPMER 2013 MBBS courses are open to only 141 students in addition to the 4 seats earmarked for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. 




  • Candidates must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31 December in the year of admission to the JIPMER MBBS 2014 Course
  • As per the basic eligibility criteria for appearing in JIPMER MBBS 2014 entrance exam is to have passed Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination in 10+ 2 pattern 
  • Candidate must have study Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English during Higher School Certificate (HSC/10+2)


  • JIPMER MBBS 2014 entrance exam will be conducted in English medium
  • The question of JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination 2014 will be based on the syllabus of HSC/10+2
  • There will be 200 questions (multiple choice types) in JIPMER MBBS 2014 Entrance Exam
