Job Description:

  • Interface with international customers.
  • Troubleshoot all L1/L2 tickets currently in place for voice call center services and help in management, monitor and control these systems.
  • Manage backlog and resolution of issues within service levels.
  • Ensure high availability of 24X7 production systems and Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Provide consulting services to the enterprise, including support for short- and long-term projects.
  • Support Integration of contact center applications and existing network and hardware infrastructure and other tools.
  • Triage and report all P1 issues to the appropriate providers.

Skills:
  • For Level 1 (2+ years of experience and for Level 2 (4+ years experience).
  • Good troubleshooting knowledge in fixing voice cloud call center technologies such as LiveOps, Genesys, Avaya, Twilio etc.
  • Exposure to support issues that arises with global call centers greater than 1,000 agents.
  • Hands on experience in voice networks for a global, multi site corporation.
  • Experience in troubleshooting protocols around SIP, SS7, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, scripting etc.
  • Experience in troubleshooting reporting engines ,call routing, call recording etc.
  • Experience with writing call flow scripting including experience optimizing call flows.
  • Knowledge of global telecom networks and region specific nuances and carrier services (ordering, installation and troubleshooting).
  • Technical & Customer Service Support.
  • Experience with Voip SIP H323.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • 2 - 6 years customer service experience.
  • Extremely customer focused with high level of empathy and other soft skills.
  • A working knowledge of VoIP, related protocols, and standards preferred.
