Job Description:

* Walk-in jobs in India for Freshers and experience candidates in Business Development Manager position.
* We Are hiring for the position of Associate Agency Development Manager in Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment:
* Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
* Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
* Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
Agent Development:
* Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
* Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets:
* Achievement of key business vectors
* Improve agent productivity & retention
* Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender.

* CTC – Up To Rs. 3.00 Lac’s + Lucrative Incentives up to 5 lac monthly basis and Fast track growth with in organization
* Two Promotions within 12 months with 40K hike in each promotion
* Age – 23 years minimum
* Education : Graduation must
* Should have been from the local area/applied location for at least for 2 years
* Competition Agents who wants to come for AADM role can also be looked.
